 INSPECTION RATES
  • Rates can be reduced by FTL for volume accounts.
  • Combining inspections out of the local area is always attempted to reduce the noted inspection prices.
  • Investigation rates may also apply with involved matters and prior approval by the commissioning party is necessary
  • Service work is in addition to the inspection fee.
  • Submitting samples may involve an addition charge.
  • Verbal authorization for service work is considered a verbal contract.

Please note: The inspection fees include email photos and detailed report. We will not offer a conclusion or expert opinion unless specifically directed to do so by the commissioning party. Consultations with the dealer, contractor, or end user are not services included in the inspection.
In the event of any conflicting reports being presented by any other certified inspector, re-inspection will occur at no charge, if desired.
